During this time guests of our cottage rentals are required to bring their own bedding, pillows and towels. Do not hesitate to contact us if you have any questions.

Main Level:

Two bedrooms, one with a queen size bed, one with a double bed
Four piece bathroom
Spacious living room with pull our couch
Cable TV with free movie channel
Eat-in kitchen, equipped with microwave, refrigerator, stove, coffee maker, kettle, toaster, dishes, glasses pots and pans silverware and utensils.

Upper Level:

A landing with one double bed and an adjoining room with two single beds

COTTAGE CANCELLATION Policy:

No charge if guest cancels by 3:00pm 21 days prior to arrival
If less than 21 days notice is given, guest will lose their deposit
If guest cancels on date of arrival, they will be charged FULL rental cost.

Deposit is refunded after guests have checked out and the cottage has been cleaned and checked for damages.
